Throughout his tenure at Lauren, Chuck Laney has made an impact on the company’s switch to the Lean Manufacturing business model and the implementation of Kaizen programs. He originally joined Lauren Manufacturing in 2000 and served as the director of continuous improvement from 2002–2004.
Laney also served as director of continuous improvement for Lauren International from 2004–2006, president of Lauren AgriSystems from 2006–2012, president of Lauren Plastics from 2009–2014, and president of Lauren Illumination from 2011–2017. He was appointed VP of safety and continuous improvement for Lauren International in July 2016.

It’s just not an employee-employer or father-son relationship, we’re in this together. I want you to succeed as much as you want to succeed. And that’s whether it’s here or at home."
