New Philadelphia Company Hires Artem Korban as eCommerce Manager

Lauren International, LLC has named Artem Korban eCommerce Manager of its radio-controlled (R/C) aircraft online stores, Flite Test and Rotor Riot. Artem will drive the user experience in both stores as the Flite Test and Rotor Riot brands continue to expand their web presence.

“The Flite Test and Rotor Riot stores grew from their respective online communities,” said Artem. “I’m thrilled to be able to help the Flite Fest, Rotor Riot and Rotor Riot brands move to the next level by making their store experiences even better.”

Originally from the Ukraine, Artem has lived much of his life in Northeastern Ohio. He returned to Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine for one year to work as a brand manager for the Ukrainian national waterski team, Sentosa. In March, Artem joined Lauren International as a contracted project manager for Flite Test’s Flite Fest event.

“Artem’s organizational and project management skills will be a huge asset to our stores,” said Dan Knight, General Manager of Lauren’s R/C brands. “We’re excited to have him drive the continued improvement of the user experience in the Flite Test and Rotor Riot stores.”

In his new role as eCommerce Manager, Artem will be responsible for managing products on the eCommerce store, increasing conversion rates, and improving the store user experience. Artem will also continue to be involved in planning future Flite Fests.

“I’ve been flying R/C for over 15 years, and I’m grateful to be able to work with these amazing leaders in R/C flight,” continued Artem. “I can’t wait to help them serve their communities better by taking their store experiences to the next level.”
