Our sophisticated research & development (R&D) team finds ways to maximize our products. R&D works directly with operations to ensure products are to spec., and they spearhead testing and development of new compounds, processes and applications.

Sales & marketing is one of our customer-facing teams. From sales representatives and sales directors to writers, graphic designers and video producers, sales & marketing supports existing customers and drives the addition of new customers.

Operations is on the front lines making it happen, whether it’s planning, production or shipping & logistics. Our operations team collaborates closely with multiple departments to produce high-quality, custom parts that exceed customer expectations—delivered on time and on spec.

IT keeps our technology running smoothly in production, in the office and in the field. Lauren’s IT experts ensure systems operate properly, troubleshoot any problems and create and maintain custom software programs & websites across Lauren’s companies.

Lauren’s accounting team uses a lean philosophy to crunch numbers and manage finances for our companies. Accounting works closely with operations on purchasing & inventory management to keep projects on track and under budget.

Human resources (HR) is our people team. From training and employee development to benefits to health and safety, HR sets employees up for success at work and beyond. HR provides safety classes, a full-fledged wellness program and ongoing employee support.

Administration provides a wide range of support across Lauren’s companies. They help with daily tasks like scheduling, project management, drafting documents and creating and distributing internal communication.
