The transition to LEAN manufacturing has enabled all seven subsidiaries to become ultra-responsive to customer's needs. Corporate planes and video conferencing capabilities are tools that benefit customers when doing business with Lauren. Often, during the initial stages of a project, development teams from Lauren are assembled and brought together with customer teams.
