Our history

Lauren Manufacturing, the founding company, began operations as a rubber extrusion company in 1965 at Garrettsville, Ohio. Founded by Lauren International's CEO & Chairman of the Board, Dale Lauren Foland, the company quickly outgrew its original facility and moved its operations to a larger plant in Kent, Ohio. In 1973, the company moved its operations to New Philadelphia, Ohio and began production in early 1974.

Lauren International was formed in April 1994 as a holding company for two corporations; Lauren manufacturing and Edgetech I.G. Today Lauren International is a research and development based holding company for ten companies and divisions with Locations in New Philadelphia, Ohio, Cambridge, Ohio, Great Britain and Germany.
